DJC has been serving clients at all levels Nationwide since 2020. Founded by Darrell Randolph. As a strong supporter of helping others succeed. He created this company to reach business owners and those in need of guidance without charging a hefty invoice.

Darrell started his career in entertainment as a professional jazz player, traveling the world and building relationships through music. He continued that path into music consulting with clients such as Capitol Records, Geffen, and many more. Previously owned three major recording studios in Boston, MA, and mentored students from Highschool to Berklee College of Music students. Though he had great success with songwriting, performing, and consulting, He knew there were others in need of guidance. He left his comfort zone and went into corporate America.

Very quickly found success with his skillsets from prior ventures and experiences. Notably, as VP of Sales for Home Credit US which partnered with Sprint and was a key contributing factor in facilitating their fiscal goal to complete their merger with T-Mobile.
